I think when ppl say that they mean muscle takes up less space then fat.... if you are converting fat to muscle you are getting smaller even if you stay the same weight -

I'm writing a list of ?s for the Dr for after surgery. how long before I can drive, lift, etc.? Just wondering what everyone else asked, in case I;m forgetting something! Shannon (also how do I get a weight tracker at the bottom of my posts?)

I'm glad I read you're story! Dr Delancort will be doing my surgery at St Joes in Syracuse in about 4 months if all goes well. I have only met him once but was very happy with him!!!!
