My nutrutionist told me to not count calories because i was having trouble eating but im eating ok i put my self @ 600 to 800 just this past 2weeks to see if that would help ill tslk to her Tuesday im just tites of it all

I have been eating more protein and getting shakes in although im sick of them im walking 3miles a day know just don't know stressing me out

Yea he said that I would have been harder to heal from surgery and once I had surgery he would be able to see certain parts so he wanted most of it clear I'm still on nexium for 6months good luck to both of u -

Oh my I'm not losing any hair thank God for that but I. Really not losing at all I know I should be down more than this by now but I'm gonna be patient it will come off soon
