Lisa I am 25 years old also, and I am more afraid of what will happen to me if I don't lose weight. I have already wasted some of my precious life in doors afraid to do things because people stare and make fun on me. It is time for me to make a change. I have read and understand all the risks and I am ready to take a chance to have a normal life. I am still in the initial phases! Good Luck and keep us in the loop! The girls in my office said that there is no way in hell that they would deny me because I have so many problems stacked up from being overweight. This year has been especially hard for me, so I am ready for a change.

Marnie723, Where are you in the process? Do you hava a date yet? I have spoken to a lot of people. I always get the same answer. That this is a tool and you have to follow the rules or you will stay big. I have a coworker that stopped getting fills and she gained ALL of her initial weight back. She is so non-chalant about it. SHe said the other day " Oh I think I am ready for a fill, but I don't know, I sure am gonna miss my food!" I just don't understand! THe people on this site have great information. I am so happy that I found it:clap2:

ALL, Thaank you all so much for your support. this is a wonderful site. I just found out yesterday that I need to do a stress test and have a 2 hour psych consult! Then they will submit to my insurance. I thought they had already submitted based on the other things I did. I guess they want to send it in all at once so the insurance cannot say that they are missing something. Oh well. I will just trek on!
