    Hi February 2014 sleeveres! How is everyone doing???? Just checking in. I weigh 158 and can get into a size medium/10!!!!! Seems SO weird buying my clothes these days!!!! I mostly bought from Goodwill knowing my size was going to constantly be changing but now I am ready to do some serious shopping at the mall!!!!

    Congrats on your loss! I thought about going back to the basics but I'm hardly eating anything now. My restriction is still pretty "tight" so I might not be getting enough calories in. I still have to "remind" myself to eat.

    I seem to be stuck in the 180's for the past few months. My starting weight was 266, my SD weight was 253 and I have about 40ish lbs to go. Surgery was Feb 24. I'm 5'3 and will be 40 in September. Im not sure if a stall this long is normal. BUT I am definitely grateful with how far I've come!!! [ATTACH]47088[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]47089[/ATTACH]

  6. Well when I wake I try to focus on getting in my water, protein shake (liquids) and vitamins. It's usually the middle of the day before I can eat something solid. Lately, I have not wanted to eat, nor feeling hungry. But I try to force in more water and at least eat some cheese and whole wheat crackers. I just don't wanna eat. :-P I was thinking my restriction tolerance is probably just more "tight“ then others?

  8. I get in one protein shake, coffee, water, a couple of cheese sticks and whole wheat crackers daily. I probably eat a few bites of meat and veggies twice throughout the week. I want to know if this is a normal phase or if this is a bad habit forming. Has anyone else been through this??? Please share, Im concerned. I just have no desire for "real foods" for the past month or so.

    Healthybran right now, I can tolerate Premeire Protein from Costco, chocolate flavor. I can't do the vanilla nor strawberry for some reason. 30 grams of protein per shake and it's ready made. ????

    Congrats on everyone's weight loss! I had my one month post op appt and was advised to get more water, calories and protein in. Lately my tummy has been cramping in the mornings after I sip water and I'm not sure why. Last week, no problem. Im guessing a lot of people's bellies are doing the same. Anyone experience this?

    Healthybran it is very normal from what I've researched!!! I stall a couple days from now and then, but it's just the body reacting to starvation or lack of water, protein or calorie intake!And I am one month post op tomorrow.

    Hi all! Hope everyone is doing well! Here are my NEW stats!!! CW: 237 3wks PO Puréed stage (what I'm eating) very little, scrambled cheese eggs (easy on my tummy) FF refried Beans (easy) low fat Greek Yogurt (easy) Premiere Protein shakes ( a little difficult to get in without cutting 50/50 with Water. Oh and sf Popsicles!!! Now what do I actually get in once a day??? Hardly anything!!! I forgot to mention my water intake, but I can get my water in if I cut 50/50 with Apple juice. I know I'm not getting all my calories in, but hopefully that will improve soon. Incision is doing well except for a couple of elbows and kneeing from my 2 and 1yr old climbing on me all day. Very interested in hearing how everyone is doing!!! Be blessed JoJo

    What is Isopure?

    It's protein water. It's easier to get in and offers protein variety! I get mine from a GNC store for about $4 a bottle. ????
