Too much sugar/sweets makes me extremely nauseous. I'm about 3 1/2 months out and I cannot tolerate sweets. My MIL made homemade eggnog this past weekend - I thought nothing of it and drank about 1/2 a cup...OMG it was awful. I finally took Zofran b/c the nausea was unbearable. Idk if my sleeve will always be like this or not but I need it to!!! Before surgery I had a HUGE sweet tooth! Not anymore, thankfully.

I can't tolerate them either...but proti diet had a hot cocoa mix with 15 grams of protein in it and I can tolerate that and it's good.

I was still on liquids at that point, so I would suggest not pushing it. I couldn't eat a whole egg til about 5-6 weeks
