I love GNC smoothies but hate the extra sugar!! My fav is the Lemon Drop (country time lemonade, strawberries, PowerMaxx Protein, and pineapple juice), I make it at home with Crystal Lite lemonade packet, unsweetened frozen strawberries & pineapples, Water and a scoop of PowerMaxx vanilla (20g of protein). I LOVE this drink and it taste great!!! Over time I played with different protein powders and finally found one that I like. Ebony

I spent 5 days in the hospital due to complications. My new surgeon and his staff are WONDERFUL!!! My band had attached itself to my liver and the port was deeply woven into my stomach muscles. I am still experiencing some minor pain in that area but overall I am loving my decision!! ♥♥♥♥♥♥ -

Yes what a difference! It just feels good to be able to keep things down and not feel like I am dying! Already lost more weight with the sleeve than I did with the band. I just feel way more comfortable and healthy. -
Hello everyone! I had revision surgery from band to sleeve on August 12, 2013. I was so happy to find this forum! Down 42lbs and can wait to reach my goal weight of 150lbs. Thanks for this open communication!!
