I am on Day 36 after surgery and have lost 30 pounds. I feel nauseated at the thought of food but have to make myself eat something. Does anyone else have that problem.

I don't either, just for once want someone to say instead of how obese and overweight that I look a little thin. that was all I meant - I do not want to be sickly or anyone else for that matter

I need ideas, I had surgery on 9/24 don 26 pounds = hate the Protein shakes! I am on pureed foods, and on the 24th get to go to the plate1 whooo hooooo! so send me ideas to get through this week and most of next. I am burning out on tuna and chicken in the can -
