Girl, living it up!! I'm ready to do anything!!! Montego Bay is absolutely amazing as were the people. I've been floating on air since and so want to go back right now! It was wonderful.

FineCaliMexSleever, I see you're a bit further out now (sorry I didn't see the comment until today). I think the only real suggestion/ bit of advice is to make sure to get your head in this and realize what vices got you to the point that lead you to the operating table and keep those things in check. I lose an average 2-3lbs weekly and now am 20lbs from the dietitians goal. It hasn't been that hard for me I'm not going to lie, but I've followed most of the rules also. Now I need to strength train- I have zero muscle!
