Do u ever wonder how people here eat such a perfect diet - all the time?

Tell us how you really feel. -
I told myself wanted to keep my carb count <30 everyday but it's usually under 20. Dense Protein first and I don't have room for much else.

I know that I'm smaller but, when I go shopping I still find myself trying on my old size. Then I have to go get everything in a smaller size. This has got to STOP!!!

Were you sleeved during the first two weeks of December?
Blondiee posted a topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Were you sleeved during the first two weeks of December? If so, how are you doing and what are your stats? Me: HW - 293 SW - 285 CW - 246 I've lost a lot of inches. Although I didn't measure my clothes tell the story. Side note: I'm aware of the other December 2013 threads but they're too long for me. There a like 30 new postings when I log in and I can't keep up. -
Glad things went smoothly for you!

Losing pounds but not sizes

It will happen and before you know it, you'll be buying a new pair of jeans EVERY week because the ones that fit nicely last week are too loose and baggy. Please don't take offense at this question. Were you squeezing into your 22's pre surgery? Maybe that's why they're just fitting loosely now? -

2nd Week Moving to Full Liquids
Blondiee replied to tekjr1's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Egg drop soup was a delicious lifesaver for me. I cut the recipe below in half for one serving...and of course that's still going to be too much. I'd also add a scoop of unflavored Protein powder. Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Ingredients:4 cups chicken broth or stock 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 -2 green onions, minced 1/4 teaspoon white pepper Salt to taste A few drops of sesame oil (optional) Preparation:In a wok or saucepan, bring the 4 cups of chicken broth to a boil. Add the white pepper and salt, and the sesame oil if using. Cook for about another minute. Very slowly pour in the eggs in a steady stream. To make shreds, stir the egg rapidly in a clockwise direction for one minute. To make thin streams or ribbons, gently stir the eggs in a clockwise direction until they form. Garnish with green onion and serve. -

Hmmm You could say you're going out with your SO and/or husband later that evening. You could also say that you're being mindful of your diet and trying to lose a few pounds. -
