Surgery on monday.. started pre op Liquid Protein diet fri.. down 8.5lbs.. haven't cheated but Im a stylist and people bring Cookies and crap into the salon all day long. Very frustrating! I'm so hungry and tired but feeling much better than previous days. I'd kill for a cheeseburger hopefully that craving will go away soon... I'm past my sugar craving just want some real food. .. even if its blendarized! Favorite part of my day is when I get to take my vitamins.. I started the Bariatric Fusion chewables when I started pre op.. I get to chew them and they rast like candy! I wish I could eat the whole jar...oh well, back to my water! Can barely wait till Monday!

October 19th surg date! I am excited, nervous, happy, sad, scared and thrilled all at the same time. I'm having a hiatal hernia repair with mine and I hope it doesn't slow my recovery too much. I'm a hair stylist and need to get back to work at 2 weeks. Really nervous about getting in all of my fluids once back at work. Good luck to everyone!

I personally think its more embarrassing when I can't fit into a booth a a restaurant or have to wait for a hallway to clear before I can go through! I simply explain that this surgery extends life by an average of 10 years per person. If someone is still snotty I congratulate them on having such a perfect life
