I put my cottage cheese in the blender with a little cream cheese, Greek yogurt and artificial sweetener. I mix it with strawberries. Can't stand cottage by itself either!

My addiction was Dairy Queen Blizzards. I couldn't stop myself!! I'd buy two mediums instead of a large so they would think I was taking one to someone else ... If that doesn't sound like an addict, I don't know what does.

I tell most people that I had surgery to fix a hernia ... which is true. If they inquire as to why I'm losing weight I tell them I'm on a high Protein low calorie diet .. which is also true.

I had 3 Oh Yeah Teail mix bars yesterday!! I feel ashamed, not enabled.
I want to hear someone further out say "you are not going to fail because of one or two bad days... I had some bad days too. You are not going to fail. Get back on the horse and do your best!" Otherwise I might say "What the hell!", then have 3 more.
