I know you're frustrated right now but just don't give up. Unfortunately there probably isn't anything you can do you will have to do the extra 4 months. But use the progress you've made so far as motivation. In the big picture four months is nothing compaed to a lifetime of health. Don't stress about it, its a setback but it doesn't mean you have to fail or give up!

I'm doing this too!! I have been very body positive for a long time now, and haven't had any problem with the way I look. I only wanted surgery because I was prediabetic. Now that surgery is fast approaching (Aug 14th) I am much more aware and concerned about rolls, jiggly spot, ect. It's new for me! I'm glad I'm not the only one going through this.

I have become more loving of myself. What I mean is I have not wanted to take pictures for I felt my fat distorted my image. I was struggling with feeling sexy. Since I have been given my surgery date I have been working out constantly and starting to feel that after the surgery I will have a new life. The two things bugging me the most is my husband will be absence ( in military (will be underway) ). Further, I hear the gas after surgery is a nightmare. Outside of these two things I am READY!!!!

August 29th for part 2 of my band to sleeve revision!

August 15th for me! I can't wait! I am actually having a hard time falling asleep at night because of my nerves and excitement.

August 6th...pending insurance approval, of course

My sister and I just got our surgery dates, set for August 20, now it seems like it might really happen!
Same hospital, same surgeon, same day

So, I don't know the exact date, but I know it will be in early August. Most likely either August 2nd or August 5th. Looking forward to the journey.

Mne is anthem out of Ca, I only have to do 1 month supervised no date yet but I have been approved. My Dr has been sick so surgeries are running behind....but should probably have sometime in Aug and I cant wait!
