Wow....our weight loss is about the same. 361 pre op day of surgery 347. Today 323. What type of exercise do you do. I'm almost two weeks post open this Thursday?

I just had to try and eat Soup while all my family ate on hamburgers and hot dogs and Pasta.......then I could only eat 1/4 th of it. It will get better.

Had mine the day before you and I'm still feeling blah. You all?

I am 25 weeks post op and down 60 since surgery and 79 since highest.

I am 5-10 and that helps.
From 22 to size 16 though pants in after photo are 18. 16s not as loose.

313+ in the first, 266 in the second.

We share same day. I still am really tired. I take anxiety meds so none of those feelings , but I don't feel like doing any thing.

Thanks I'm day four in the hospital . It was rough the first three days now I'm taking in enough Fluid and walking.
