    I realize that all the protein shakes seem to bother my stomach and make me run to the bathroom. I have been having all different soup broths and I put a protein shot in so you cant taste it. You can get them at walmart. . It's small but has a lot of protein 26 grams.

    It sounds like you need to take an iron pill. This happens to me all the time then I take 1 pill a day and feel better.
