  2. These are in the wrong order The picture labeled 226 is after I lost 56 pounds, the 207 , then 192, then the 182, then 178. Of course. The biggest issue I have now is with the lose skin it is really bothering me. 226.htm 207.htm 178.htm

    I have lost 100 pounds!

I lost 30 pounds from July 10th 2013-November 6th working with the nutritionist and increasing my exercise. Then I went on the pre op diet and lost 13 pounds. My surgery was on November 19th and I have lost 61 pounds since then.
  4. I was hungry from day 1! You are not alone.

    April Fitness Challange!

Working very hard to get my 10,000 steps a day. Yesterday I was at the hospital with my husband for some tests. But today it is back to the races! I am loving the rowing machine at the gym! I am taking my bike to get air in the tires today I can't wait! I usually walk to miles on the treadmill on gym days, row two miles and bike about 6 miles on the stationary bike. I can't wait to move most of that outside!~
  6. Maybe you guys can help me. I have lost 87 pounds since last July and I am really seeing the hanging skin now. My arms are awful, my stomach is gross, my thighs and hip ugh. I knew I would I have it but I guess I never realized it would bother me so much. My boobs OMG !!! My insurance will pay for breast reduction and panniculectomy but I am nowhere near my goal weight yet so this going to get ALOT worse before it gets better. I have no way to fix my arms or legs we have a very limited budget so those will be like they are forever. I hate how look and feel about myself right now. I happy to be rid of the weight and I feel better physically for sure but I look so gross I can't stand it.

    Stall Stories

I am four months out and just finally came out of a 3 week long stall I was so frustrated!
  8. My band size is six inches smaller than when I started out. My cup size has changed somewhat but not greatly . I have found bra shopping very challenging. I have spent hours and hours trying on so many bras . I am so frustrated. I know whatever bra I buy will not fit for long so I do not want to spend a lot of money. The only place I found something that fits is Lane Bryant and it was almost $50 for one bra. My current size is 38 F or G.
  9. So you never met the doctor who performed your surgery? I would be beside myself! Definitely complain!

    Not sweating

When I go to the gym I usually walk two miles on the treadmill (35-40 mins) 15 minutes on the rowing machine , and also ride the stationary bike for 25 min, with some weights mixed in fr the upper body. I don;t sweat very much. It is really weird . I am exerting myself, I am breathing heavily , tired out when I am done and definitely feeling the exercise in my muscles, but I don't seem to sweat like others in the gym. My body shape and tone is really improving and I have lost 84 pounds since July 4th 2013. Is this as weird as I think it is?

    Not sweating

Usually around 70-80 ounces. I wonder if it's my medication.
  12. I keep my carbs under 100 and my calories around 1000 per day. I am not losing as fast as some others but I am losing steadily.
  13. If you have to go back early wear depends. I would definitely do it. I have bladder issues so I have to wear them sometimes and it is just insurance to make you feel better for that odd fart/possible accident.
  14. Nsaids and caffeine are two of the most effective things in my migraine arsenal. With those gone I am not sure what to do to fight the headaches. My Migraines can last several days and includes severe nausea , dizziness vomiting and fatigue. I cannot walk, drive work or tolerate light sounds or smells it is very debilitating. My surgeon says no NSAIDS or caffeine forever. My surgery date is November 19th. I can't be the only one planning the sleeve surgery who suffers with migraines.

    yo-yo back and forth

Don't be afraid, be educated! Move forward.
  18. I am eating more than the others are. I have about 1000 calories most days and 3-4 days a week I work off than that in the gym.

    Disappointed

Add some exercise at home. My house is tiny, less than 900 sq feet and I walk in the living room. I do four steps forward forward four steps back for thirty minutes or more. Do you have weights or resistance bands at home? Do you have planet fitness near your home it is really cheap and has everything you need. I really think increasing your activity will help. I know it is the only thing that helps me. I have lost 83 pounds since the fourth of July 2013 and most of it was exercising at home.

Nobody Puts Baby In The Corner

Amazing! I recognized your quote right away!
  23. Thanks for the help. I understand about feeling full and being unable to put more food into me because of the pain and my body's reactions if I do. What I'm wondering is what the frustration of not being able to do that will be like? Will I feel emotionally unsatisfied every time I eat? I do . I cannot find a way to solve that problem. I am exercising and eating the way I am supposed too. I am losing weight. But the emotional part is really a challenge. I am telling you the head part is way harder than the body part for me!

    OMG liquid diet cheating

i am not proud of it but yes I cheated during the first week. The second week I got more serious and much more focused. It was really hard. I hated every #$%^&* minute of it. I survived though. I lost 13 pounds during the liquid diet. I had surgery and no complications. My message to you would be do your best be honest with yourself and your doctor. My doctor actually added an extra shake per day my second week because of my work schedule being long crazy hours. It really helped. Focus and you will get there.
  25. Great job! I am right behind you but I don't have great picture from the beginning!
