Stinking auto correct 6-8 weeks

I was referred to our pain clinic due to my arthritis but they want me to do 6-78th weeks of physical therapy and pay a bunch of money I dont have to then have a trial go off deadening a nerve in my back then if that helps thry will do it every 6 months. If I had money coming out my ears I would be talking to a dr about relief... Thank you for the reply though I will look up what I can!!

Ok so I have a question... I was told by 3 drs before surgery that after I lost a significant amount of weight my back would feel so much better... well they lied. I am 30 with a pretty nasty case of arthritis in my lower left back. I still push through the pain and walk a mile or two 4-5 times a week. Usually the pain is manageable until the morning. I wake up with horrible hip, back and leg pain in both sides. It hurts to straighten my legs or walk on them. The pain has gotten worse. People are now trying to tell me that because I have lost so much 73#s that my bed is all wrong and its from nerves being exposed and laying on my side makes it worse. I can actually feel my hip bones now and I am a side sleeper. I wish I had money for a new bed but I cant get rid of the one I have my mom paid $1600 for it 2 years ago. Its a pillow top mattress. Just curious has anyone else had problems like this. Any advice on relief. I can not sleep on my stomach or back I am already taking pain meds for my arthritis.. I am thinking I might have to break down and see a Dr for it. But they always tell me its nothing. Having my gall bladder out on the 12th also. Thanks for reading sorry it was so long. Thank you it was my big 30th birthday party. My sister did my hair and makeup. Size 16 dress haven't worn that size since high school

My 6 month check up was thursday. I am and haven been stalled for aver a month... but dr says that all I need is to add some excersize in because I gave up when my gall bladder started hurting. Now I have to have that removed here soon.. ugh. Highest weight 322 Starting weight at dr 307 Surgery weight 297 Current weight 237 Goal weight... not sure 210-195 dr says that's a good goal for me. I have 12. I just got my last 2 yesterday for my 30th birthday. Rose that got covered by tribal butterfly Stars and the moon on my lower back 3 butterflies representing me and my boys on my ankle Stars going over left shoulder Saying on my leg Sister tattoo on my foot Flowers with daddy's girl written on my right shoulder My son whose passed footprint from the day he died and it says my little angel and his name with date of birth and death I have flowers with my other sons names on my forearm And my 2 new ones Right shoulder says sometimes you have to fall before you fly Left shoulder over sons footprint says with pain comes strength Most of thwm mean a lot to me!! 2 of them I could do without but they are part of me.

I definitely recommend premier Protein. That is all I could drink.. I am 6 months out and the first week I had a little buyers remorse but only because of the nasty liquid meds. They were so hard for me to choke down and felt like they were burning my throat and I literally barely slept for a week. But I would do it again in a heart beat. I also couldn't drink straight Water. I still have a hard time I drink power are zero and crystal light. Hope you have a smooth recovery. Good luck !!!

Eating late at night... I eat very little but good for me stuff during the day but consume 75% of my calories at night.... frustrating.

Thank you. Holidah season has been rough. I know I ate too much sweet and not enough protein. Jumped back on the bandwagon.. need to lose more. Here is to a great 2014

Thanks. Coincidence actually. I took that picture then looked for a full body picture and that's what I found lol majes a good comparison though. Crazy that even friends and family wete in denial about how big I was.. I posted it on facebook and got soooo many responses but most were that wasn't you. I don't remember you being that big...

Thanks. I am making an appt with my dr. It doesn't hurt constantly but enough to make me want to get it checked out and if I have to have it out I'm hoping they can do it before the new year... already met deductible for this year.
