I'm suppose to be on the liver reduction diet for the 6 months of supervised weight loss. I was able to maintain my original weight until my 6th class where I gained 8 lbs. Honey, my surgeon isn't playing that gain weight game. Glad he went ahead and scheduled me to start my labs but the 8 lbs better be down my the end of July. So, I guess I better get on board. I completed all of my scheduled weight loss classes as of May. I meet with my surgeon again this month (June 25th). I'm extremely nervous because I've gained 6lbs. How in the world will I get that off? Sent from my KFOT using VST
