I'm still getting testing done I have 2more test then I visit the psychology next week hope I can get sleeved before the fall season. I workout 3-4 times weekly started protein shakes advised by nutritionist I lost 7lbs she said be down 5lbs by next vista so I'm ahead going for 10lbs. How are you-all in your process? I'm from Philadelphia will be having sleeve done at Penn hospital

I'll wear this now but would love to see how I'll look with a smaller tummy, in a black and white strip spandex kneew length dress long sleeve with knee boots! Watch out..lol.. -

Congrats D! I'm waiting for my pre op class then get a sleeve date. You looking great! I was 258 my very first appointment as of today I'm 247 just doing my own thing into surgery. Cant wait! Where are you from? I'm in Philadelphia. -

Nectar protein shakes and very good! I'm not sleeved yet but tried the sample packages. Hope I still like them after my sleeve. -

Today I attended the pre and post op support group class. . It was great to see and hear stories in person makes me feel better about my decision to have the sleeve surgery so now just my last Nutritionists meeting on the 8th.

I just found out the doctor I picked to do my sleeve don't have more than 3years of experience,what should I do? I'm at the end of my check list and think I should pick an more experience doctor I only picked her because she was not as booked up as the other doctor and she's a female I know stupid what to do I have my last nutrition meeting the 8th at the time I need to no what I'm going to do.

Thanks for replying. I have to attend a support group to the hospital she works at I went to the other location because I overslept the last one didn't want to wait another month.
