I have battled my weight all my life, even when I wasnt overweight, it was a struggle and effort to stay that way. Today I weigh about what I weighed when I was 9 months pregnant with my last baby eight years ago. I was able to lose that and get down to 140 working out every day and of course I had the time to do that as I was a stay at home mom who went tot he gym every morning. But now I am a single working mom who has no energy left at the end of the day and have tried diet after diet after diet.
I'm planning on having surgery with Dr. Fernando Garcia in mexico early next year but in the meantime, I am trying to make one healthier choice at every meal. I am also pushing myself to workout again but am stuck in that place of having no energy to workout and knowing that working out will give me energy!
