I do the same thing. I drink 1 Protein shake in the morning but it is split up several hours apart from each other. I drink the chocolate Premier Protein drinks. I love them in my coffee! I take 1 cup of coffee and and half of the drink along with some caramel macchiato sugar free Creamer to it and it is really really good! It replaces the need for sweets every time!

Way to go!!! Your post was truly important to all sleevers. It helps to keep our perspective and know that we can never get comfortable. I am almost 6 months post op and you have helped me to remember that I must be vigilant especially during the holidays! I am so glad you posted your circumstance and are coming out of it!! This is inspiring!! I wish you the very best!

Goal 157 This looks ridiculous but I am now past my surgery goal and the weight loss is coming off very slowly now. My ultimate goal is 150 but it might take forever to get there. I"m good with that as long as it comes off.

I had my surgery in June of 2013 and 19 months later I stepped on the scale and saw the happy number I had been waiting on for so long! I made goal at 160 pounds and I can't believe it finally got here!! I have now lost 133 pounds and have a whole new life! I still want to lose another 10 pounds just for a safety factor but I couldn't be happier!! For all of you on this journey you can do it!! Attached are my before and after. LIfe is good!

I had my surgery in June of 2013 and 19 months later I stepped on the scale and saw the happy number I had been waiting on for so long! I made goal at 160 pounds and I can't believe it finally got here!! I have now lost 133 pounds and have a whole new life! I still want to lose another 10 pounds just for a safety factor but I couldn't be happier!! For all of you on this journey you can do it!! Attached are my before and after. LIfe is good!

Anyone who said it is distasteful can take a long walk off a short pier! As far as regain is concerned it doesn't matter how you take it off if you don't retool your lifestyle and stick to it it will happen. Sad thing is he doesn't even understand the damage he does when he shoots his mouth off like that!
