This really isn't a recipe but it was good, thought I would share specially for those on full liquids.
Campbell's as a Thai Tomato coconut bisque but it's a little fattening but I love Thai flavors and really wanted to try it so I bought a regular tomato Soup and cut down the Thai one by mixing about 50/50 with reg tomato and it was really delicious filled with plenty of the good Thai flavor and cut down the cals and fat.
Also Target carries an organic roasted red pepper Tomato Soup that only has 110 cals and 2 grams of fat and is also crazy good!

Reigo got a reaction from RNsleever715 in Anyone else feel guilty about doing this?
I had similar guilt but for a different reason. I have a 4 year old and my weight was at 210 at 5'6" (size 16, l/xl) and I had no health issues (low cholesterol, great blood pressure and sugar fine) so I felt like I was risking my life by undertaking an elective surgery, which really was because I was just so sick of loosing and gaining and hating myself in a mirror! I kept thinking if I was the one stat that has complications and left my daughter with no mom, how horrible and selfish I am.
I had to let go and put my faith in god and I am thankful I went through it!

When your young you always hear time goes by sooo quickly and OMG it really does!!!! I'm thankful to be almost 46 (in November). And with sleevie I'm really living the best me I can be. Thank you so much
You're so sweet. No plastics, although I would love a lower body lift LOL! I try and work out at least 2 hours a week (zumba). I need to get back to at least 4-5 days a week on my non zumba days. Thanks so much!!!
I would LOVE to have plastics done, but can't afford it :-(...at this time of my life I'm really just learning to appreciate me just the way I am and appreciate this weight loss. I always try and remember how far I've come and where I could be and remain thankful ...thanks so much!!!

Wow! You look incredible (and not anywhere near 46!). Did you need any plastic surgery? I started at a size 16/18 and am wondering if I will need any work done (although a boob job is probably going to be necessary).
It's so inspiring to see success post maintenance! Thanks for sharing and love the pics!

I will find you one. My absolute favorite Indian cookbook is Raghavan Iyer's 660 curries. I keep reaching for that one again and again. It's not simple, but it's very, very authentic and the sheer variety of flavors us amazing.
I'll find one and simplify it for you.

I live in FL and my husband is an avid fisherman so we eat fish almost every week (he caught 2 lobsters today and 4 snappers)
I personally love blackened fish using chef Paul brand seasoning. We also make a type of creole fish where I sautée peppers, onions and garlic, add a can of Tomato sauce (not spagetti sauce) and sazon saffron seasoning, bay leaf, white wine and chili pepper flakes let the sauce simmer a bit then add the fish cut into cubes.mit cooks quick-10 minutes or so.
We also make ceviche but I only recommend that with really fresh fish
For a firmer thick fish like swordfish, the absolute best hands down, is a marinade made of fresh minced garlic, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice and zest, and vegetable oil. I can find the proportions (have it written somewhere). Marinate the fish for several hours then cook on the grill

Am I the only one who thinks the cooked food on their prepared food bar is incredibly fattening? I am sure there are some exceptions but I consider that like restaurant food and would approach with caution!

I was thin until I got pregnant and it's been downhill from there. Pissed me off that people could have babies and bounce back to be pre baby weight so fast. I tried to no avail.

I was always thin about a size 8 until I was 21. Now 35 and I've gained 120 lbs. always tried to lose and it just kept coming on. After discovering I had pcos and insulin resistance I knew this was my only option. My goal weight is between 115 and 130. Hoping I can get there and get back into "normal" clothing.

Good question. I was athletic in my teens and early twenties. I was 124lbs pregnant at age 24 with my first. Got up to a size 14 with my second. I didn't put on a lot of weight till after my 3rd child. Finally took off 80 lbs got down to a Size 12 after my fourth kid. Exercise and raw food diet go so healthy and. What do you know?
Pregnant again and I ate every thing and continued for 5 years after wards couldn't diet anymore, and here I am today.

I was a thin teen. Didn't start gaining weight til I moved out at 18 and moved in with my (now) hubby. He has a crazy metabolism and can eat whatever he wants without going above 165 pounds. I picked up most of his bad habits

    This has been interesting reading.
    So I will add mine.
I have been on a diet since I can remember. Developed early and have been the same height since I was 12. I was between
150-175 in high school but my weight is distributed evenly and very curvy. Never
made fun of for being fat. Got married at 18, baby at 20. I have never been under 200 since I had my son. In my 20s, I fluctuated but stayed around 220. I have yo-yo'd up and down since then.
Now I am 33, and have been around 245 for the past two years. Gained weight while dieting and have had enough. I have not been able to participate fully in life and feel my weight is holding me back in a major way. I am so excited about the next year.
I was sleeved 6 days ago and doing well. I have already lost 10 pounds! Which seemed impossible before!!!!!
