    July 2013 Sleevers

OMG I am sooo glad Im not the only one who is dealing with the "no bathroom issue". Just started taking citracal yesterday. Hopefully it will start to work. Soft foods...scrambled eggs, mashed pototoes, refried Beans, yogurt, and sugar free fat free pudding with unjury unflavored Protein powder have all been very close friends of mine lately

    July 2013 Sleevers

Quite a few of my friends that have had it done had a hard time with fish at first...Always remember to try "new" things independently so you know which one does not cooperate with your stomach. Try only beans at one meal, then try fish at another...then you will know which one NOT to return too

Feeling the same way. Gotten a bit crafty with adding the unjury Unflavored Protein in Mashed Potatos and Refried Beans but still searching for something that makes me happy...struggling to get both food, Protein Shakes AND liquid...
