I went with dr. Garcia. I had a wonderful experience no issues at all. I am a month out now. I also still keep in contact with any questions i have. No problems in getting a reply.

I went with Dr. Alvarez. He has a website http://www.endobariatric.com/ , face book(lots of before and after pics) ,twitter,and youtube. Me and My mother went together .the hotels we stayed at were covered in the price of the sleeve 8700 and had two beds. I paid 1000 before going via the bank wire transfer and took the rest with me as a cashiers check. We stayed at two different hotels and had breakfast and lunch both of us free charge. At the hospital their was a large couch that she slept on internet and a fridge in the room. We brought some microwavable food for her in case she got hungry. theres also restaurants around the hospital you can go to.

I went with Dr. Garcia in Tijuana and i had a wonderful time. Everyone was nice and professional and i am 6 months out no complications no extra skin, hell i havent even had a cold and i stay in Wisconsin! Good luck on navigating the site and gathering opinions. Remember to choose whats best for you.

Is thia cash ? no ins? if so i would contact some of the members on this site that has seen either of these Dr's. The are best to tell you about the doc and office "personality"- how they handle billing etc.. Also when your new patient appt happens if you are paying cash be sure to tell them you can't have any undisclosed prices from meds, labs needed everything. you always need to be prepared that the hospital / dr bills could change after the fact due to complications. If paying cash you will be required to pay everything upfront so that will be set. hope thuis helps.
