My surgery is Sept. 4th!! Yikes!! Nervous, but excited! Started my pre op diet a week ago and lost 6 lbs. One more week!! Had headaches for the first 3 days, but none since, actually less than usual. I wish I could eat like this rather than have surgery, but I know I can't long term. Definitely realizing what triggers my eating while on this diet, which is good I wish you all the best!

Hello, Nice to meet all of you other September Sleevers! I am so ready for my surgery! I had a 6 month wait for my insurance so I feel I have been preparing for awhile now. Three cheers for all of us making it this far. Here's to the rest of the journey!

I have one. And, I will say I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it!
It not only tracks the calories you burn, but it tracks your sleep AND the amount of steps you take.
It is definitely a motivation tool.
I adore mine. I wear it DAILY! Feel naked if I don't!
