I just got my approval too. I had appealed it and won. After photos and primary Dr notes of history of rashes sent in.

Hello!! Yes I came to terms that you need to think ahead 15 mins. Took 3 months to figure it out. Lol. Stop eating cause in 15 mins it will hit your tummy.

I'd get a third opinion. Also, look at some of the work they've done. I've had lots of plastics in the past 4 months, and I had the lower body lift, so no abdominal scars. I also had breast lift, brachioplasty, and thighplasty, so that's a LOT of scars. I'm happy with it, but I don't love all the scars. I'm glad to not have one up the center of my belly. However, it's a trade off I'd make for better results, if needed.

Wow, congrats! Awesome results and also very inspiring. I have a large overhang tummy already, and I'm still 50 to 70 pounds from my personal goal weight. I too plan to head to Mexico - thanks for sharing this!

Relationship can be complicated. Married 30 years and finding that when one makes changes it is hard on the other half. Evolving is a part of the human life cycle. However, some relationship get a huge gap with one continues to grow in life and the other gets stuck. It changes slow until you look at each other and see more differences than before. Self esteem, critism, negatively starts becoming more n more. Trying to be a shining light to give hope where they really don't want to change make it hard.
In my opinion, wls doesn't cause divorce. Its the fear of getting left behind while the other is making positive chances and not getting stuck. OK done rambling its late.

I've been together with my husband over 30 yrs. I have accepted his insecurities, critism, (he jokes) for years. We have different likes and always have. It has work for us, I think. Lol. What I mean, I'm starting to see things are getting more of a difference. Or my acceptance is going away. I have seen a councilor for years and have learned to live, love without judgement. My husband likes to be the big kid in the room, joking. And I'm more on the serious side. He lately makes comments "where are we going in this marriage"
I feel the weight loss and opened my eyes to what really is being present.

I'm we over 5'. 5'1". Your blog here is supportive. May I join the conversation? I'm 16 months out from sleeve. Lost 80 down to 145. I'm 52 yrs. dr says to get to 135 then I have 10-15 pounds of old skin that won't go away unless surgery. I have been lazy about exercise, Water, Protein, vits and it is catching up. All my bloodwork is fine. I have maintained for 4 months need to get serious and remember I'm not at goal yet and get moving.
