I had low energy too. I was off for 2 weeks then worked 1/2 days for another. Went home and crashed. It does get better.

I went from 225 to 150. 20w to 8-10. My arms and thighs are sagging. I'm 51 and think I'd like to loose another 20 and then get tucked, if insurance will pay. -
