when I crave pizza, one of the best things I have learned to do is make the crust out of mozerella. You put a layer of mozerella on the bottom of a hot pan and when all the holes are filled in, you add your toppings and continue cooking for a minute or so. It's messy, but low carb and oh so good.

can't weight got a reaction from Old self in Eating soft foods!
My surgeon starting me on soft foods after a week and I didn't have any problems. His advice - if it hurts, don't eat it. I've been eating soft meats and lots of dairy. Just had my month appointment and they were happy. Good luck!

I get sleeved tomorrow as well, trying not to get stressed out especially since my boyfriend had to unexpectedly work tonight. Good luck and see you on the other side.

My surgery is tomorrow at 9. I'm really worried about what happens if something goes wrong.
One thing that helped today was sitting my clothes by size (I still had small clothes from the last time I lost a lot of weight).
It was awesome to see how I will be progressing down in size and top think about the journey to get down to where I want to be.

My 3 favorite go-to's lately are turkey Jerky (13 grams Protein per ounce), tilapia filet (26 grams protein per filet) and soy nuts (roughly 11 grams protein per ounce). I really try to maximize my itty bitty sleeve with the most protein I can get in. In between those I do nutriblasts (shakes with nutribullet) to get my fruits and veggies.
