Thanks! I was referring to being pregnant and drinking protein shakes. I feel good this far. No sickness. Just eating healthy still
  2. I just found out that I am pregnant. I wanted to know is anyone still drinking protein shakes?

  4. This is helpful. I am 7 months post op and I just found out that I am pregnant. I plan to keep following my diet because I don't want to gain a lot. My first pregnancy I only gained 18lbs. Thanks @mamachef
  5. Congrats! I'm 30 lbs down

    What is your favorite product?

I am 3 weeks post op and I picked up sugar free Klondike bars.MMMMMMM good! Love them
  7. @rockdutches82 it's okay. I had a whole meal on day 5 of my 'all liquid' diet. I would advise staying away from outside functions while doing this cause it makes it harder . My cousin advised if I had to have it to bite it, chew it and spit it out. (Easier said than done but good advise)
  8. Every doctor has different requirements. I had to go on a all liquid diet NO FOOD for 2 weeks. It was to make my liver as small as possible

    Liquids

I've been sipping every fifteen minutes. Protein shakes, water. I'm about to get a Popsicle. I forgot about them. You can do it. Did you have to do the all liquid diet prior?

    May 2013 Sleevers!

May 7 is here! I'm full of emotions....anxiety, excitement.... You name it! Waiting for my surgery time. ????????????
  11. I am on all liquid until my surgery.Smh. It's worth it.
  12. Yes. I am. It's been hard. I have to admit I have cheated but not full meals.
  13. My nutritionist suggested opurity. It's a chewable and made for the sleeve and bypass recipients.
  14. My son will be in school during the day, it's the lifting that will be the problem. Ill figure out some things. I'm creative
  15. I'm so nervous about how to deal with caring for my son. He is 23lbs. I can't lift him for a month. How will I manage when my husband is at work
