Hi I started about 3 weeks ago. Heal a bit more theres a lot of jumping and dancing and shaking hips and core work Take your time don't rush into it if anything it has almost stopped the scale. without working out I can pull 4lbs a week 2 nights of zumba 1lb ughh go figure. Anyway have fun.

Lmao didnt know the amount of water you drink has anything to do with amount that comes out talk to your doc.

Hi I started pured foods after my leak test in hospital . hmmm lets see would do anything to have that feeling again. Had no desire to look at food no desire to eat, the pureed hospital food literally sucked wind. I was having no part of it. trays came and went have you ever tried pureed chicken eeew gag I drank alot of decaf tea with lemon, when i got home I lived on oatmeal and scrambled eggs, and sipped premier protein shakes . Let her rant, at your weight you know you look fabulous! Even if shes a skinny mini shes probably jealous. If shes a good friend she will eventually stop shes just having a weak moment. if not sit her down and be totally honest with her and tell her how she makes you feel.She may not even be aware . no your not being over sensitive, your right but hang in there , maybe it will work itself out. Look at your numbers. does it lok like your doing anything wrong? I dont think so. The one thing I learned on this site is everyone is different, everyones body looses different, I was one of those no carb 450- 500 calorie people and yeah it worked for a while then, the weight slowed down to a lb a week ughh that sucks! At my weight anyway well this week I did no strenous exercise just walked and upped my carbs to just under 60 and upped my calories to 700-900 and voila so far 4 lbs down.. hmm ya just never know. My best advice to you is do what works for you, dont worry about anyone else. Your doing great!

I am so sorry to hear that. Ewww steroids are horrendous! yes they reduce inflamation but reak havoc on the rest of your body as yes I have to go on them occasionally for my asthma which I dont know what you take but I have to be on the dreaded prednisone. I hate the way it makes me feel ughh. Isnt there anything else on the market you can try besides the horrendous steroids? Maybe get a 2nd third opinion. Being on steroids long term is not cool. You should look for other alternatives, for long term . They are not the right answer. Best of luck to you.

Welcome Doc, Im a ct tech and now just our jobs alone bring on a great deal of stress! Im glad you dumped your surgeon, cant say I agree with him, unfortunately this weightloss thing doesnt cooperate with the science behind it. Even doing all the right things I guess its what works best with our bodies. But through trial and error we will all figure this thing out. I wish you the best.

Hi I was on pureed foods after I was cleared in xray with no leaks yes every docs different but you have to do what works for you. So everything in moderation. that egg is not going to hurt you. just pulvorize it when you chew or better yet talk to your doctor. Good luck to you.

You can slice it and put soy sauce on it, and spray pam in pan and cook both sides. its interesting to say the least, Its probably no way near the yummy dishes you make, I have read your recipes,thanks for posting, but Im sure you will find something to do with it. Good luck and bon apetit.

All I can say is I get it i have similar circumstances to you, with working out and scale stopping. But, im alot heavier than you and have so far still to go at this rate it will take 3 years to get to your number. I dont know what the answer is but if you break this cycle please private message me and let me know how you did it.
