I had this happen and I took exlax after nothing else worked.

August 2nd here, have not taken any pain meds since august 2nd. I hate meds. Its been great I feel fine. I could have went back to work after a week. On average I get 50 grams if protien and 50 oz of water. HW 283 POW 254 SW 245 CW 231

I had surgery August 2nd and went to work on the 12th. Could have went back sooner.

I have a belly button incision and it stinks, its not oozing anything it just stinks. How did you wash your belly button incisions?

I havent taken laxatives since surgery. I have been to the doctore about the hemmorhoids every month for 9 months. They have gave me numerous different things to help regulate the bowels and non of the worked. I do get my 64oz of water a day. Before surgery I was drinking 100 0z of water a day.

So here is the story. I have been battling hemmorhoids for about 8 months now. I was taking 4 to 5 laxative a day to make sure stools were loose. I was sleeved on 8/2/13 and the first couple of days were fine but then I didnt have a bowel movement for 3 days until today and let me say it was painful. So my question is did any if you have this problem before surgery? And how is in now. I am 9 days post op some was wondering about taking a laxitive.

Is it to good to be true. I have not had any complications or been tired at all. I feel like it is too good to be true. At seven days post op I'm getting in 50 ounces of Water daily and about 55 grams of Protein daily totaling about 300 calories. I am NOT tired at all throughout the day. I just wonder if it is going to catch up with me. I had originally planned to take two weeks off of work. But now that I feel great I'm going to go back to work after 1 week off.

My job is easy! I have a couch in office if need to take a break but I can go at my own speed and rest if I need to.

I did not take any pain meds after the surgery. They all made me nauseated. Once I stoped taking pain meds I felt better!

I can eat but it hurts after about 1oz

How much could you eat 5 days post opp?

I bought dutch chocolate isopure. It was the only one I could stomach. The rest smelled bad and tasted bad.

I am on a 10 day liquid diet (7 days full liquids 3 days clear. I have cheated a few times with a string cheese and a handfull of nuts. Do you think its the end of the world? Anybody else cheat?

I have surgery tomorrow. I have lost 8 lbs since I started 9 days ago. I cheated a few times but nothing serious. Hope all goes well tomorrow.
