1.5 month stall.. Going nuts!! But realizing I'm eating the same thing everyday! Only carb is weight control oatmeal in the morning. I need more info on how to mix it up average 850 cals a day.

Also, my post op instruction state that if this happens to go back to liquids again and allow your stomach to calm down again and in a week or two try again.

I quit 3 days before surgery.. Ashamed of it! However... I cannot stand the smell of it on anyone... Hubby goes outside... Then has to febreeze himself!

DEFINITELY!!!!!
I stalled for like 2 weeks at week 3. Just keep doing what your doctor tells you. Keep pushing and drink as much Water as you can. Eventually... YOU WILL.... break through the stall.

I spoke with my sleeve dr and he reassured me that the baby will be fine, I see my ob this week and she says everything will be fine as well. I am feeling much better about the situation, not ideal but if this is meant to be, it's meant to be. I believe things happen for a reason...

I use several different Proteins. But the ones I use the most are:
Syntrax Nectar® (fuzzy navel, medical unflavored)
unjury (chicken Soup, chocolate splendor)
Premier (These are for convenience)
Jay Robb (egg protein)
Nutiva® hemp (15g)
I also try to eat Protein rich foods like Greek yogurt, peas, string cheese, etc

Just listen to what the doctor tells u ... It's a whe new life... Sipping... Chewing so much your jaw hurts.. But it will be worth it! I'm in Cheektowaga. Anyone ever wanna meet up for a Decaf tea.. Lemme know!
