I need help with that I think.
By the way, I am Jen and a slow loser :-(

Hi guys. Still stalled with my weight- worse than that actually- the scales said I had out on a kg but I re-weighed the next day and it had gone and I was back to my stall weight.
So guess what my response to this was on Sunday night???? To overeat
You'd think I had learned nothing this past year! So I had an attack of the guilts afterwards *cuethepityparty*
I know what I should be doing- staying the course, shaking up what I am eating etc but I am so freaking tired at the moment!! I am finding it hard to eat and to care about eating well when I do eat.
It's pretty stupid and I have been so lucky up until this point!! I just have to suck it up and hold the course... But man, this last 15 kg is a killer!!!

    Hi AussieLady,
You can use it as a meal substitute, it says up to twice a day but not to be used as sole source of nutrition etc.
if you don't like all those sickly sweet shakes, then you'll love this.
    banana smoothie Flavour
    On its own
    15.2g Protein
    111.6 calories
    With lite milk (Woolies brand)
    21.8g Protein
    200 calorie
I also noticed its on special at Chemist Warehouse too until next weekend.

Ok today I ran out of my whey less chocolate completely, bought some Iso-Whey Complete banana smoothie flavour and tried it. It is the best I have tasted so far, and I've tried a few!. I liked it so much, I went back to the chemist and bought another!
If anyone wants to try it, it's on special at Good Price Pharmacy until tomorrow for $35/tub. Usual price is $53, that's a huge saving. Terry White are charging $65/tub for it WTF!!
ISo whey has a tiny bit less Protein content compared to some sports whey powders (maybe 1 to 2 gram less but when mixed with lite milk it's 22-25 g/protein/serve) but its certainly an absolute dream to get down and id much rather have something I don't have to gag on as it hits my throat. It's not sweet and sickly either that's why I like it and the whey less which is made by same company.

I know that it can be disheartening, but like life, you certainly meet a variety of different people no matter where you go and it adds to the spice of life! I find this forum great and everyone really supportive and some are even inspirational! I just take the positive contributions on board (which there are many) and ignore the negatives (which are few). All the best to everyone on this continuous journey and it's ongoing challenges!

Ok I'm a bit slow but people actually make more than one account in order to subject us all to even more BS?
Great. It's pretty sad when you can't even join an online support forum and expect it to be that simple.
It's Jr High all over. I hated Jr High.

Congratulations and whew! Your title: Pregnancy claims another sleever, made me think pregnancy killed her and that sleevers are prone to pregnancy deaths.

It's really not that bad. Just had my GB taken out yesterday am and I'm feeling really good. I was very happy I had my morphine drip for the first 2 days. It helped me sleep. Came home the 3rd AM and didn't really need it anymore. . Actually the surgeries were the best sleep ever. .

Hi Everyone, I am celebrating the break of my latest stall AND reaching another milestone. I hit the scales this morning and am now 79.9kg. Finally broke through the 80's!!!!! For the newbies I was 107kg pre op, 102kg on day of op and now 7 months later I am 79.9kg. Doc's goal is 70kg, but I wish to get back into the 60's. Slowly, slowly I am getting there. It seems that the less often I weigh myself the more I lose and when I travel for work am and out of my usual routine, I also seem to lose more quickly. Very happy!!!! Playing golf today in a 'Day For Daniel' charity event. Have to wear something red. Had nothing that would fit me anymore so am borrowing a size 12 pair of white three quarter length pants and a red and white blouse from my trendy Mum. Good problem to have.

I know you speak the truth. I have had antibiotics get stuck in the back of my throat, had to spit them up and take them again. Diabolical flavor! No wonder bacteria hates em, anything would.
I used to take powdered green tea extract in a shot glass of hot Water with a bit of splenda. Makes your entire body shudder in exquisite revulsion.

Lol, Laura. Since I got married, I have been diagnosed with ITP and had my spleen, half my thyroid, my gallbladder and 80% of my stomach removed. My husband told me he should have looked at my teeth before he bought me.

    Today's update
Seen my surgeon and he will remove that horrible gallbladder for me
He is not charging over what he claims back from Medicare and my health fund so all I have to pay for is the anaesthetist and my health cover excess. It will still cost me around 1000 out of pocket but I think it's less stress knowing my surgeon will be doing it and not some no name nelly.

Ok I guess I would respected you more if you posted this under your real name. I'm confused on why you didn't or felt the need to hide. This is your opinion and your journey. I respect that. Just like anything in life, everyone's experience is not the same. What bothers one might not be a issue for another.
