  12. I'm so proud of how far i have come. And the gastric sleeve is the best thing to ever happen to me!
  13. At my highest i wieghed about 415 lbs that i am aware of....When i started my process of getting the sleeve i came in at 395lbs and was considered super super morbid obese....I lost my first 100 about the first year out and the 2nd throughout the 2nd year out... I now weigh 203 lbs with a bmi of 30 ... I'm pretty tall and big boned and would be content with maybe another 20 but that's it if that at all...I eat about 1000 calories a day ..no liquid calories at all...NEVER drink with a meal...And try to make good choices high protien i shoot for 90grams a day less than 25 g of sugar. Also i try to stay super active..I run around all day long at my job and go to the gym 3-4 days a week..I do alot of cardio and strength training at least once a week.. I love the sleeve...I never knew what it was to really live until i was able to to do it through a healthy body...Kinda like i didn't know

    Freaking myself out

If you have come to the point in your life where you feel that the surgery is needed vs. un-needed then why second guess yourself. Something has brought you to the point of " I need to loose this weight and can-not do it on my own for my overall healther". I never knew what it was to FEEL good and healthy until I got here because an unhealthy lifestyle was all i knew. I would never go back and never change my decision. It was worth it ...
  15. As for loose skin it's not too bad...At my heaviest i weighed about 415 lbs so of course there is going to be some mainly due to the fact i would yo-yo 100 lbs down 150lbs up...prior to surgery. So i still have a little bit of a saggy belly...Not that bad..and a little flabby arms...Nothing I can't live with and nothing clothes can't cover up. I may later done the road get a tummy tuck or something but it hasn't bothered me bad enough to the point where i want to . It's not like i plan on putting on a 2 piece any time soon and strutting my stuff..lol i am healthy and happy that's all i need
