Hi homie!!

Well, sad to say that I'm one of the unlucky ones. I had my surgery on 12/21 and I almost immediately started shedding hair! I leave hair in the comb, in the shower, and on the pillow! I don't know what to do to make it stop shedding. But the good thing is that I've lost 24lbs!!!

Hi there! Have you thought about how often you wanted to do updates on the challenge? You want to report every week, every two weeks, etc.. We need to be each others support system during the challenge. Let me know your thoughts! I'm super excited!

You can get mio from any grocery store. It's little bottles of liquid Water flavoring. You van squeeze a little in or a lot depending on your taste. Before surgery I loved strawberry watermelon. Post surgery it doesnt sit well.

I'm glad to know I'm not alone. I hate I can't drink Water. I know that I need it. I live off of sugar free Popsicles as well!!! That is crazy. I couldn't stand those things before my surgery, 12/21. Now I can't live without them.

Does drinking Water make anybody else sick? It makes me sick to my stomach. Before surgery, I could drink water all day, now I can't even get in 4 oz. Is this normal? Please advise. Thanks!

Yes mam, 16lbs. I'm sticking strictly to fluids. sugar free Popsicles are my best friend. I haven't had anything thicker than sugar free Jello.

Hi all! I am a newbie to the group. I was sleeved on the 21st of this month here in Houston. On the day of my surgery, I weighed in at 241 lbs. This morning I am 225 lbs. To my surprise, the liquid diet has not been as bad as I thought it would be. I haven't been hungry at all. But I know my time is coming! I love to cook and eat: pray for me. :-) I am very happy that I found this support group forum. I feel like you guys will play a major part in my success.
