1 day away from 2 month ( 40 lbs. since surgery, but total since journey 76 lbs. ). Just wanted you to really see the numbers. Funny I was at the scale max 330 lbs.

Hi Family and Friends Update: I'm one month out from surgery and my one month doctor visit went great. Not only am I losing the weight, but I am gaining muscle mass as well. That's why exercise is very important so that you can keep the muscle mass and don't lose it along with the fat mass. Okay let me get to the numbers that you all are waiting for lol. I am 269 lbs. I was 294 lbs. total lost for one month is 25 lbs. I am doing better with my liquids now. I am also still on my so...
