I was a Starbucks addict before my surgery. Venti white chocolate no whip was my drink of choice. I am almost 4 weeks post-op and I have found that a tall Gingerbread Latte nonfat no whip with one splenda does the trick. It has protein plus only has 150 calories. It does take me all day to drink it or i only drink half but i consider it a treat. There is a plus to giving up my addiction.. I am saving alot of money.
