Yes! Go get a trainer, I joined Planet Fitness which is only $10/mth and a trainer is included. I actually got my assesment today for my yearly goal. I told him about the surgery and he knew straight up what to train me on to keep toned and not loose muscle mass. Theres apparently a range your heart rate needs to be at too to burn fat and not muscle. Its worth it, even if you just attend a few sessions to get on a schedule you can follow by yourself.
