  1. No matter what you take it's still going to fall out. I had really long hair and although it was really thick to begin with I was noticing it falling out badly. My hair dresser suggested that I cut it in a bob' date=' and put highlights and low lights to mimic more depth. It really did work, and no one was able to notice the loss. I actually look so much better with the short hair that I decided to keep it even after the Hair loss stopped. Good luck![/quote']

I had to do the same thing! I miss my long hair, but am not complaining.

  2. I had to be catheterized after because I couldn't go to the restroom on my own. I just felt violated. Lol. It wasn't that bad. The pain was waaay worse from the gas after surgery.

  3. Stunning. Are you planning on getting plastics? Your new photo doesn't look like you'd need it' date=' but just curious. What a difference.[/quote']

I am scheduling a lower body lift for June. I hide my skin very well. Going to do the whole shebang and get my arms, legs, and breasts also. Insurance is paying for my lower lift. Waiting to hear about my arms and legs.

  4. .............omg !!!!!U definatly do not look like the same person!!!!!!!!!!!how much weight did u lose ???? any pointers for someone 12 weeks post op ???LOL!!! i think i have been stallin thru this whole process .........:(

I have lost 187 so far. My advice is to listen to your nutritionist and eat everything they tell you. I never drank calories or ate anything "bad" for the first year. I have added things lately now that I'm exceeding my goal. I just don't want to lose anymore! Just be patient. There were many times when I didn't lose hardly anything.

  5. Omg girl u have to give ur stats!!!! Do u work out alot?

I had my sleeve surgery on 12/22/2011. I have lost a total of 185 pounds. I was at 190, but felt that I was too skinny. I have been eating to keep my weight on now. I don't exercise regularly, but am much more active of course. I'm very tall also. I started my journey at 349 and now weigh 164.

  6. I lost 100+ pounds before and my tummy and "front butt" areas looked worse then than they did at my heaviest' date=' where at least everything was smooth-ish. I have been looking into laser lipo... Not Lipo with lasers. It's supposed to be painless, and much, much cheaper than traditional lipo & tummy tucks. It looks like it sorta melts the fat and tightens the skin from the outside, in. The YouTube videos of before and after are really impressive, and best of all, no scars. Maybe that would be an option?[/quote']

    Is this procedure called veleshape?

  7. I had to wait an hour before and after meals in the beginning. It is hard, but you get used to it. I take sips of milk when I eat Peanut Butter toast, but I am a year out. I don't suggest you do that. You need to train yourself to not drink with meals. I don't even think about it. When I go out to eat I order Water only because servers think its weird if I don't and ask me several times during the meal.

  8. I just had my year anniversary on Dec 22. I just have to let everyone know.. A year from now it will be totally worth it all. The pain, dehydration, hunger, heart burn, Hair loss, holiday food, buying a new wardrobe every month, and on and on. I have lost 183 in a year! I couldn't be happier! I hope for you all to get through it and can't wait for you to live again!

  9. Wow mary that's wonderful........how much is any do u have left to lose.....how did u do it?

I did everything my doctor and nutritionist told me to do. I just saw my surgeon yesterday and he said I can lose 20 more. I have met my personal goal already, but continue to lose. I will keep going for now. I haven't worked out like I should. Starting the gym tomorrow to tone tone tone!
