    I had my surgery a month ago & only lost 15pounds & when I went 2the nutritionist tues I only lost 1 pound n 2 weeks I was so upset but she said I'm doing good its because I started with a low weight good luck 2 u

    I had my surgery april 3rd & yes it do depends on what u eat but sometimes I feel like I eat 2much not 2 little lol I just take my time chew real well & enjoy

    I'm a slow loser 2 my doc said its because I started at a low weight I only lost 15pounds since surgery and I had my surgery April 3rd bummer

    I had my sleeve on April 3rd I was 215 and 2day I went 2 see my nut. I am 200 pounds I was pissed a whole month and only 15 pounds she said its because I started out with a low weight I read ppl stats on here & they lost. Way more than me and started around the same weight as me I know every 1 is diff but gosh I was expecting more

    Hi I'm 1month out from surgery & I am so tired of shakes & wanted 2 know how long did it take my sleeved sis/brothers 2 get most or all of your protein in from meals

    Yeah it seems like the shakes is all I can do besides things that not good 4 me but I'm so sick of them omg I can't wait til I'm able 2 get the majority of my Protein in from food how far out r u & how long did it take 4 u 2 get the majority of protein in from food

    My nut. & doc said I can eat nuts & meats I think almost anything goes down well that's kinda scary
