  1. Well i know this my swing speed has dropped from 117 down to 98 all my shafts are stiff so unless i can regain the speed by working out it's gonna suck golfing this year cause I've lost distance but my posture is better and i can turn all the way through my swing which i could never do before because of my gut. Keep us updated on progress

  2. OK' date=' guys, as someone who's over two years out, a few things.

First, it DOES look bigger, and it GETS bigger; not only does the removal of the fat make it look bigger, but there's more, uh, USABLE size.

Possibly more important, it gets HARDER. Touchy subject, but a lot of heavy guys have problems with blood pressure and other things that can make it hard (har har) to maintain a super firm erection. Nowadays, my boners are so hard I'm surprised ... well, I can't say it in public, but yeah. It's a pleasant change; I think my ladyfriends have enjoyed the extra hardness even more than the inch or so extra visible length.[/quote']

    You are my hero lol

  3. Do they expect the reflux to lessen eventually? That is awesome the pain lasted under a week' date=' makes me optimistic about returning to work in a short amount of time.[/quote']

Its starting to i went back to work in 8 days and i had no restrictions I was told to lift as much as I could work out as much as I could and do everything that I wanted to i even went to the golf range on Thursday with no problems

  4. That is great! How are you feeling overall with pain' date=' etc. and how has it been getting used to the new way of eating/drinking?[/quote']

No pain since the 5 day, its been rough on me getting used to not eatting like i used and drinking Water like crazy but other then that no regrets I'm only taking pepcid to help fight the acid reflux

  5. I had surgery December 6th' date=' and I am down a total of 20 pounds. I am back on regular food, lots of Protein (shrimp, chicken salad today). Tonight I had cabbage and black-eyed peas....just a TON less than I would have last year! I have felt really great since I came home the day after surgery, just had a problem with fatigue the first two weeks. I kind of wish my doctor had told me to take two weeks off, just for the tiredness factor. I feel like everything has gone better than I could have imagined![/quote']
