I have been at 1200-1500 cals a day. I have tried adding more recently with good fats and carbs but I still haven't been able to maintain.

    Can't stop losing?!?

I am a little over a year post surgery now. I am 5'11. My beginning weight was 298lbs with a BMI of 41. My current weight is 164lbs with a BMI of 22. My goal weight was 180 and I have been trying to maintain my weight since I hit 175lbs. My weight isn't dropping quickly but it keeps dropping no matter what I do. My before and after photo the after photo is not my most recent. People are starting to say I'm losing too much weight and I am starting to agree with them sometimes. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Weird problem wanting to stop weight loss but it is something I am dealing with. Thanks.
  5. Really trying to maintain my weight I have been since 175 but I keep losing.

  7. I don't remember ever being this cold during winter months!!! BURRRRRR weight loss maybe? I am always freeeeezing!

  8. Down 2 more pounds!!! Can't believe I am 10lbs lighter than what my personal goal was!!

  9. Amusment Park was GREAT! The ride I was kicked off of 3 years ago...well I fit on it...and had to tighten the saftey harness almost all the way before I was secure!! Talk about a major accomplishment!!!

  10. It is time...revenge time!!! Three years ago I couldn't fit on a roller coaster because I was too big. Now I am down 126lbs with a 24BMI. Bring it on Millenium Force!!!!!! Can't wait.

  11. Tomorrow is the day I get my revenge on the amusment park ride I couldnt ride 3 years ago...BRING IT ON!

  12. Only 5 days away until I go to the amusment park! This will be a very big VSG moment for me.

  13. Less than two weeks until I get my revenge on that amusment park ride I was kicked off of!!!! >.> CANT WAIT!

  14. Rejoined a gym, and lost 5lbs since I have been on last!!! WOO HOO!! Amusment park trip is coming up quickly, and I just can't wait!

  15. I am not sure exactly what caused the stalls. But as my dietician told me before my journey started, if a stall happens that usually increasing your calorie intake, even by just a little bit, will help the scale start moving again. So every time I hit a stall I would just slowly increase my calories or get more Protein and usually it helped my stalls pass
