I started liquid diet + laxative today. Amazingly, it hasn't been bad so far. I'm on my second cup of broth - I had chicken this morning and beef right now. I hope I feel this good right until surgery. I'm down about 7 pounds since Monday. -

Nov 5 with Dr. Lopez in TJ. I'm having protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, a nice salad with chicken for dinner, and a yogurt for dessert. I'm allowed to have a shake in the evening as well so I substitute a yogurt since it's got the protein and same number of carbs. I am already losing weight. -
