I am recently sleeved and have the same sentiments. But then the logical part of me starts speaking and there is no way I could not succeed consuming only 300-400 calories a day... Before I would consume double that in one meal. Diets have failed us, so it's not unusual to have those same thoughts from prior experiences to creep up. But remember we are not on yet another diet but under went major surgery which forces us to succeed! You will succeed, I will succeed, and we will succeed because the alternative is not that we will not lose but make ourselves terribly sick! Best wishes to you and remember that you are already successful because you have taken the first major step in getting your health in order.

I guess because I usually put my unflavored in 32oz of liquid... It always felt as though I was drinking water, but when I drank that 11 oz protein shake... It definitely feels me up for too long. I don't think I will be able to get the rest of my fluids or protein in for today.

I feel like that is how it would be with my family... Luckily they stay several hours from me. :-) Just keep your head up and don't let any negativity have an impact on the journey you are on.

Girl I am definitely not going even acknowledge her comment with a response because I do not know where she is at in her walk in Christ or if she is even a believer. I don't have to validate that to ANYONE.

I can't believe that either. Especially the sexual innuendos that some MARRIED people make and even those who claim to be in a relationship! My bf would not be happy if I was doing that and I wouldn't be happy if he was. Guess their lives aren't as exciting as getting their freaky talking online is.

I am only 8 days out and I have not experienced the fullness/ heaviness as I am feeling with this one shake that I drank. I can't even get anymore liquids because I still feel stuffed! I had this shake 3 hrs ago! This is my first time having this feeling as I usually add unflavored Proteins powder to my G2 and crystal light drink and goes out of me pretty fast.

Lol I live in TX and they have commercials and billboards EVERYWHERE! The only people I really won't tell is the place where I work because of the type of environment is is... They will probably just think I am sick.

That's not my frame of thinking lol I could careless if someone feels that I "took the easy way out" or that other things ppl say. They are naysayers and they can still sing that same song while while I become a healthier, smaller me. Two tears in a bucket, fk it!

Took 2hrs to drink and I feel stuffed! First time of feeling like I over ate since surgery and I didn't eat. Has this happened to anyone else?

Please excuse her, it seems as though her ID has run rampant. Rather amusing I must say, a nurse (I.e. NA, CNA, RN), who knows what her credentials are, is trying to provide a psychological perspective to the opinion that you provided... a field she has not been formally educated in.

I brought around $200, but I was paying for my companion and bought gifts for people. But you really maybe only need $50 or so and that's just for tipping, if that's something you want to do. The hotel gives you 2 bottles of free Water and Popsicles, and 3 bowls of Soup. You will not be able to consume all of that after surgery. And you will not be able to drink anything at the hospital until you've had your leak test.

Just enjoyed a really great bowl of tomato soup. I did have to reheat it a few times as I eat really slow... Practicing and scared of gulping it down, but I must say the flavors were delicious. First time I truly able to taste food, since I'd spent a lifetime of mindless eating.

Same thing here... Had a horrible experience with crown at a young age and have since touched it! Scared to look at it :-)
