Hello fellow nurses and sleevers! I have 3 more days of my liver reduction diet and have lost 11 pounds so far. Count down is on for OR on Tuesday......super excited!!

Start weight march 13 th 273 lbs now 255.5 lbs

i was sleeved on a Tuesday and was back in the gym the following Monday. Now, I walked on the treadmill, but about 2 weeks later, I was doing more. Your Dr. should give you clearance on when you can start lifting. I had to wait a couple of weeks before I could lift more than 10 pounds.

My surgery isn't until April. I like your outline. Will help keep me in line, I too like structure. Thanks!!
