    Impact On Hiatal Hernia?

I was cash pay in Texas. Total cost $11000. He repaired my hernia as well. I'm gonna fight with insurance for a partial refund now! Good luck I also weighed just at 200lbsthe day I had surgery. 7 wks 30lbs gone!
  9. Don't cheat you guys!!! This is a beginning of a whole new life. Eating poorly is why we are all on this page! Seriously it's not worth it. Food has been our crutch for our whole lives. Kick that crutch to the side and start working on your "head". I know some of you will not agree with me and that's okay. I'm 7 weeks out from surgery 30lbs down and I struggle everyday. I've learned that my eating came from emotional eating. I decided this week to go to a counselor to deal with some old demons and the things that I hid behind by eating. I am doing really well in so many ways now. Food is really not my issue anymore it's all the hurt that is resurfacing that I have not dealt with in my life. I'm proud of myself for not cheating. All the crap I use to eat makes me nauseous to even smell or look at. My main goal is to succeed and to love me FIRST again! I wish you all lots of luck!

Thank you! I too did this for my health. Diabetes sleep apnea high blood pressure cholesterol . I'm 51 and I was following my moms foot steps and she died at 62. Needless to say I was scared. I'm off all my meds! I just now went to my skinny cloths closet and more than half of them fit! I'm doing the snoopy dance now! I've found woman in general are just plain mean when they see you have taken the steps to improve yourself. That's okay! Good luck with your surgery ill be watching for your post! Thanks again.
