Day two Pst op, and besides the gas pain, Holy Cow!, The incision site pain isnt that bad I guess. I thank you alll for your kind words and prayers.

I have a 'crack' habit and it's called Skinny Pop Popcorn. My husband was buying bags of the stuff and I was throwing them back! So, I had to make him promise that he wouldn't bring me any until the weekends and I haven't really missed it that much. Getting back on my grind!!!!

Finally clearance to resume more walking after knee surgery. Now waiting on my custom unloader knee brace and then the sky will be the limit! Bring it on!!

Just heard a horror story from a coworker about a friend who ate so much she "burst her stomach and it couldn't be fixed" a year after surgery. I call BS, but a little part of me wonders if it can happen!

My fitbit band broke and that was my last one! I feel so lost without it!

Going in for my 2 week check up today. Nervous...I've lost some, I'm doing just ok with protein, decent with water, but vitamins & movement are kicking my butt. Wish me luck!

well I had my hernia repair surgery yesterday and surgery went good but I'm in a lot of pain!!! good thing I have 2 weeks off from work, cause I can't even stand for too long? hope to feel better soon!!!!
