No I'm a hard head I'm suppose to be on puréed at this point. I have been doing alot of Soups and Protein Shakes but I wanted some nourishment some "real " food so I ate it and I feel great . I do alot of exercise 2 hours on the treadmill broken into two parts 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening and all is good and my scales are still going down grow 247 to 215.5 this morning

When I had the strong itch reaction in the hospital, they put liquid BENEDRYL in my IV. Holy hell talk about sleepy! I loved it.
If there comes a time when i go missing, I'll probably be under a bridge with liquid BENEDRYL.

I would say I do well with eating and exercising. Where I faulted is in my Vitamins, I only take Vitamin D 50k every week. My Thiamine (B-1) is a low normal but all my other labs are awesome. I did not take note of how much I lost weekly I can say I started around 230 and now im 162.

Hey everybody on Fed 20th/2013 my 1 year Anniversary is coming. My starting weight was 255, surgery weight was 235 and my weight now is 130 :-) I'm so freaking proud of myself. My total weight loss is 125 pounds in total. Wohooooo . I just LOVE my SLEEVE!!!!!
