My favourite greek is the Yoplait Greek. Comes in a 4 pack of 4 oz. Love the coconut and the honey., Not as strong or "sour" as the chobani .

Chili is a soft food. Applesauce is not a liquid it is a mushy food. Check with your own NUT to see what is allowed. I was only allowed proteins at that stage so still no applesauce or other fruits or veg. no matter how soft or mushy. Everyone is different. I put my chili through the blender before I ate it.

I had the foam immediately coming out of surgery and it kept choking me - hence I vomitted for the first 48 hours because of it. My doctor told me it was from the first leak test they did in the OR and that the only way to get rid of it was to drink as much as possible and push it out. I actually felt foam coming out of me when I peed.
I was sleeved on the 19th, so we're pretty close together. Sound like you're recovering a lot better than I am. I'm still in bed most of the day. Can get up and do things for a short while, then back to bed. Even sitting up on the couch is proving pretty uncomfortable. The idea of exercise? Hahahaha.

It was a part of the agreement that I signed with my surgeon that I would not try to get pregnant for at least a year after surgery. Not that it matters at my age but it's something he's very adamant about.

I expected to have my surgery this week. That was the plan. Did everything on schedule. Stayed on the diet. Did everything I was told. Surprise the insurance rejected because of the Psych eval. Said his recommendation wasn't definitive enough. My response? I still want this. My surgeon put in an appeal. I stayed on the diet and continued to lose more weight. I continued going to the life skills class. Just carried on as though everything was going to happen. Yesterday the surgeon called and the approval came. So I'm getting the surgery a few weeks later than initially planned, but I AM getting it. The bonus is that I weigh even less going into it so there's less to lose after. This will happen for you, too. Maybe not on your initial schedule, but in the end you'll find a reason for it turning out the way it did and you will still be a happy, much thinner bride. Just stay on track and continue to lose weight until things get processed.

My surgeon said no sex for 6 weeks - several times. I think we waited almost 2. No pain or discomfort, but then I have a very considerate husband who worried about hurting me. After that, it just got more and more amazing. What a difference a sleeve makes.
