I'm more focused on protein than calories, but at 10 months out I average 900-1000 calories daily. -

I was fine until a few days before my surgery... I kept thinking what am I doing? I was in a panic about my kids...What will happen to them? Well everything turned out fine... I am 10 months out and down 160lbs. Good Luck!

Before the sleeve, everything gave me reflux even Rolaids! After having the sleeve my reflux is gone! Why not consult another surgeon? -

I switched from Bariatric Advantage to unjury. I found the Bariatric advantage too sweet and chemically tasting. I also made the shakes with skim milk plus and a few ice cubes in the blender it definitely helped. Congrats & Good Luck!
