4 weeks out today! 20 lbs and 23.5 inches lost! I think my sleeve is my new best friend!!!

Starting protein today...scared I will stop losing, but I know that's all in my head

Pho is my best friend right now! Clear liquids are boring but on a brighter note I am down 2 more lbs yay!

Tomorrow will be a week since my sleeve surgery I am surprised at how fast my body has recovered. It has been pretty easy so far. Since I started my 3 day pre-op diet last Tuesday and since surgery I am already down almost 10 lbs in a little over a week. I am still very swollen in the stomach area (3 extra inches) but I look forward to the future again thanks to my new tool!

This time tomorrow I will be getting ready for surgery...YIPEE!!
